The Brief
LNR required an experienced technology partner to define the specification, manage procurement and oversee the evaluation of replacement LED perimeter systems across 30 professional rugby venues. The process needed to balance long-term reliability, broadcast performance, commercial value and operational consistency across the league.
The Outcome
A comprehensive stadium audit was undertaken across every venue to assess individual operational requirements before developing a detailed technical specification and tender documentation. The programme also established installation, testing, acceptance and service standards to support a consistent league-wide rollout, providing LNR with an independent procurement process designed to secure the right technology for the next generation of professional rugby.
